How long does delivery take?
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt, and deliver it within 5-7 business days from dispatch through either FedEx or Aramex international priority, subject to custom clearance. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Do you charge sales tax, import taxes, customs duties or fees?
StyleVie.com does not collect sales tax, import taxes, customs duties or fees; international customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees.
What payment options do I have?
StyleVie.com offers a variety of payment options depending on your location. We currently accept VISA, Master Card, PayPal, and Bank deposits.
What is your Return Policy?
We understand that it might be difficult to purchase apparel online without trying them on. Not to worry. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. We process all refunds within 5 business days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a 14 days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set.
- There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
If you return an eligible item, your refund will be in the form of StyleVie.com credit, which will be automatically applied to your account.

Did you charge my credit card?
We will not charge your credit card for any item until after it enters the shipping process. You will receive an e-mail notification once we have charged your credit card.
How much is shipping?
Orders above $250.00 are shipped for free, no matter where your location is. The Shipping and handling cost for orders below $250.00 vary by your destination and product weight. It is approximately $19.00 and calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping rates do not include import taxes, customs duties or fees.
