Did you charge my credit card?

We will not charge your credit card for any item until after it enters the shipping process. You will receive an e-mail notification once we have charged your credit card.

What is your Return Policy?

We understand that it might be difficult to purchase apparel online without trying them on. Not to worry. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. We process all refunds within 5 business days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we have a 14 days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set.
• There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.

If you return an eligible item, your refund will be in the form of StyleVie.com credit, which will be automatically applied to your account.

What is account credit?

An account credit is like store credit that you can use toward your purchases on StyleVie.com. When you return an item, the refund will be in the form of account credits. To see how much you have in account credits, click here.

Do my credits expire?

StyleVie Credits do not expire. Go to Account Credits to see how much you have available to spend on additional StyleVie.com merchandise.

How can I return my item?

You can create a return by visiting the "Return section" in your account.

You can return multiple items at the same time. If you have already created a return and want to add additional items, you must cancel the initial return and start a new return adding each of the items you want to return in the same shipment.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is processed, it will usually take around 48 hours to credit your StyleVie account. Please contact Customer Service by clicking here if you have concerns about a particular return.
