Please note we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms of use. 2. Description of Services

The Site provides users with access to sales of luxury items online (the "Service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site.

3. Licenses and Site Access

You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity, which infringes the rights of STYLEVIE or others.

STYLEVIE grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of STYLEVIE. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by STYLEVIE. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of StyleVie.com so long as the link does not portray STYLEVIE, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any STYLEVIE logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

4. Membership Eligibility

The Site is available to members who are the legal age under the applicable jurisdiction, and who have not been suspended or removed by STYLEVIE for any reason. STYLEVIE may sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under the legal age, you may use StyleVie.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. STYLEVIE reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Users may not have more than one active account. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your StyleVie.com account to another party.

You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or FVAULTS LLC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, FVAULTS LLC has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.

5. Accuracy of Content; Limitations on Quantity

STYLEVIE attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. Errors will be corrected as soon as practicable. We reserve the right to: (a) revoke any stated offer; (b) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omission; and (c) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped or received). We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged) and to revise, suspend or terminate an event, promotion at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products or services on this Site at a particular time does not guarantee that the products or services will be available.

All content, products, and services on the site, or obtained from a website to which the site is linked (A “linked site”) are provided to you “as is” without warranty of any kind.

6. Credits & Rewards

(a) Membership Rewards. On shipment of each Qualifying Order (defined below) your account will be credited with a reward of $25.00 , or equivalent in other currencies, or such other amount as may be posted from time to time (the "Reward"). Rewards may be redeemed only for the purchase of merchandise on the Site and may not be used for the purchase of gift cards or services. Rewards are not transferable and may not be combined with Rewards belonging to others. At no time may you purchase, sell or barter any Rewards. Rewards are not redeemable for cash. A "Qualifying Order" means the first order for merchandise on the Site placed by an individual whom you sponsored or to whom you sent an email invitation to join the Site. We will notify you when any Rewards are posted to your account.

(b) Any credit balance (including a Reward balance) will be automatically applied to your next purchase of merchandise from the Site. To the extent your credits exceed the amount of your total purchase, such credit balance will remain in your account. If your account and/or membership are terminated for any reason, any credit balances in your account will be immediately cancelled. Account balances are determined by STYLEVIE and such determination is final.

7. Submitted Content

With respect to such materials you submit or make available for inclusion on the Site so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You grant STYLEVIE a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, and sublicense such materials or any part of such materials.

The Site may provide members with the ability to send email messages to others and to post messages on the Site. STYLEVIE has the right but not the obligation to monitor and decline, edit or remove all or any portion of any postings, submissions or content. You agree not to use the Site to post content or other communications that contain (i) political, libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material; (ii) advertisements of any kind; (iii) personal information (such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.); (iv) confidential information of STYLEVIE, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates; (v) any chain letters; (vi) messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information; and (vii) information similar or related to the foregoing. You further agree not to send email invitations to join the Site to people who do not know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact.

8. International Use

We make no representation that information on this Site is appropriate or available for use outside the North American region. Those who choose to access this Site from outside the North American region do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

For delivery to international addresses, the customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and fees. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The recipient of an international shipment is the importer.

9. Pricing

The strike-through price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier. The strike-through price may or may not represent the prevailing price for retailers in every area on any particular day.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

10. Proprietary Rights

StyleVie.com trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not STYLEVIE´s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits FVAULTS LLC. All other trademarks not owned by FVAULTS LLC that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by STYLEVIE.

11. Unavailability of Site; Termination; Fraud.

We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Site in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or cost. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use or access to all or part of the Site or your account or membership, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. If at any time, we notify you that your access to and /or use of the Site or your account is terminated, you must cease and desist from all such access and/or use immediately. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected.
